We have a limited number of these roasts. To ensure you have one reserved, place a $50 non-refundable deposit for the roast you would like and choose one of our pickup times during the week of Christmas.

Yes. Each roast is flash-frozen at the time of harvest. Please anticipate they may not be fully thawed at the time of pickup.

See our sample menu below to determine our recommended sizes for your meal. Of course, if your family loves a particular item, reserve two pans instead of one.
When you are ready to order, click “reserve my meal,” add your mains, sides, and sauces you desire into your cart and complete your order. We will be sure it is ready for pickup the Tuesday or Wednesday of Christmas week.
