Chef Alberg has been a friend of Baldwin Farm for many years, and we are thrilled that he agreed to this two-part series of family-style dinners on the Farm. We will begin at 5 pm with pre-dinner snacks and beer/wine cash bar, with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. All meats on the menu are grown on Baldwin Farm, accompanied by products from many other local producers. See the sample menu from our September event.
